£995/week
A £350/week non-refundable deposit is due upon booking
and payable by bank transfer.
A refundable security/ good housekeeping deposit of £350/week is due along with final payment. It will be refunded within 10 days after departure less replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs.
Final payment of £645/week is due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. In case of cancellation we will try to re-let the property and issue a refund, but if this is not possible the amount will be non-refundable.
Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Check-in is after 4:00PM on day of arrival and checkout is promptly at 10:00AM on day of departure. The rental week is from Saturday to Saturday.
Electricity, Wi-Fi broadband, Sky TV and all linens are included in the price.
A £400/week non-refundable deposit is due upon booking and payable by bank transfer.
Final payment and a refundable security deposit of £400 are both due 4 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit will be returned within 10 days after departure less any replacement or repair costs. In case of cancellation we will try to re-let
the property and issue a refund, but if this is not possible, the amount will be non-refundable.
We highly recommend trip cancellation insurance.
We are happy to welcome children eight years of age and older.
Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage.
Unfortunately we cannot accept dogs or other pets.
Hen and/or stag parties are not permitted.
