£995/WEEK - Rental week is Saturday to Saturday
NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT OF £375
A refundable security/good housekeeping deposit of £375/week is due along with the final payment. It will be refunded within 10 days from departure less replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs.
Final payment of £620/week is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. In case of cancellation we will try to re-let the property and issue a refund, but if this is not possible the amount will be non-refundable.
The Coach House sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. For children 12 years old and younger we have 2 folding beds that will fit into either bedroom. The extra cost is £75 per child per week.
Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
